Easy Winter Garden with a Sponge




You will need



A Sponge

A Saucer

Upland Cress Seeds (Barbarea vernal)

Water



Place a clean, wet sponge on a saucer.

Sprinkle it lightly with seeds of upland cress

Keep the sponge moist.

In a matter of days, you can pick peppery little leaves to toss in winter salads
