Parsley

There is no excuse for using anything other than fresh parsley, particularly since it is so readily available today
The dried flakes are tasteless
Fresh parsley does much more than decorate a dish, although it is always a welcome garnish
like a drop of lemon, parsley is a seasoning that brings out other flavors in a dish
Curly parsley
is tasty and decorative,
Italian parsley
has a flat leaf and a more pronounced flavor.
When fresh chopped parsley is rubbed with dried herbs it is surprising how the herbs seem to come to life.
