Parmesan Appetizer Log
1 (8-0z) package cream Cheese
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped pimiento
Chopped parsley
Combine softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt,
Mixing until well blended.
Add green pepper and pimiento
Mix well
Chill
Form into log shape
And roll in parsley
