Good Over Fruit Sauce

This sauce is good over Fruit such as
Melon Boat Cocktail

1 large cantaloupe

1/2 cup Fresh Mint Sauce

1-1/2 to 2 cups pineapple chunks and sliced strawberries

Cut cantaloupe into 6ths make a crisscross pattern in wedges

Spoon about 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Syrup over each

Heap fruit in centerMakes 6 servings
