| Gingerbread Creamer Mix
2C Powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 C Brown Sugar, packed
1t. Cinnamon
1/2t Allspice
1/2t Ground Cloves
1/4t Ground Ginger
1/4t Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container. Mix well.
Seal tightly and attach instructions. Makes about 2 3/4 Cups
Pour on Heaping Tablespoonful of mix into a mug of Hot Coffee or Tea.
Stir to dissolve.
makes one serving.

| Ginger Spiced Coffee
1 cup heavy cream
4 tsp grated orange rind
3 cups water
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3 tabsp brown sugar
2 tbsp instant coffee
In small bow, beat heavy cream until stiff
Fold in grated orange rind.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to use
In large saucepan,
Combine water, bay leaves and ginger
Bring to a boil
Simmer 5 minutes
Stir in brown sugar and instant coffee
Pour into heat proof mugsTop with whipped cream | |

place 1 quart (4 cups) milk, 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello gelatin, any flavor, and 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream in large pitcher.
Cover tightly with lid
Shake vigorously 1 minute or until well blended
Pour into 4 glasses
Serve immediately

1 1/2 cups hot milk
1 tsp Peppermint Extract
8 Peppermint Sticks
Pour coffee into large saucepan.
Add Chocolate
Cook on low heat 5 min. or until chocolate is melted, Stirring occasionally
Add Milk and extract,
Stir until well blended
Garnish with a Peppermint Stick

| Tropical Refresher
Coffee
3 cups water
3 tbsp instant coffee
5 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp coconut extract
Coffee-Coconut Cream
2 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 sp coconut extract
Shredded coconut, toasted
Coffee:
In small saucepan, combine water, Instant coffee, brown sugar and coconut extract.
Heat until sugar dissolves.
Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour or until mixture is cold.
Pour into glasses.
Top with Coffee-Coconut Cream and Shredded Coconut
Coffee-Coconut Cream:
In small measuring cup, combine instant coffee, and water, mix well
In small bowl, combine heavy cream, coffee mixture, brown sugar and coconut extract.
Beat until stiff peaks form
Makes four 6-oz servings
Mixture may also be served hot. | |

| Tangy Party Punch
1 (46-ounce) can Pineapple juice, chilled
1 (46-ounce) can Orange juice, chilled
1 (12-ounce) can Frozen Limeade concentrate, thawed
1 (12-ounce) can Frozen Lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 liters ginger ale, chilled
1 Pint orange sherbet
1 Pint lemon sherbet
1 Pint lime sherbet
In a large punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, ornage juice, limeade concentrate and lemonade concentrate.
Stir in ginger ale.
Add scoops of sherbet. Serve immediately.

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 eggs
In blender container, combine boiling water, heavy cream, marmalade, instant coffee and vanilla extract.
Process at high speed until smooth
Add eggs
Process again until foamy
Pour into 4 small mugs or glasses

| Wassail Bown Brew
makes 2 dozen cups
1 cup water
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of mace
3 cloves
1/2 teaspoon powdered allspice
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 stick cinnamon, about 2 inches long
4 bottles of wine
1 dozen eggs, separated
1 dozen apples, baked in the oven.
Boil water while adding spices.
Remove from heat and boil again.
Place wine in a large pan over low heat, and add spiced water.
Beat the yolks and whites separately, then mix them together.
Place this mixture in the punch bowl,
And pour in the heated wine, beating constatntly.
Don't pour in the hot wine too soon or the frothy consistency will be lost.
Add the hot apples, and "Wassail" to you all. | |
