2 cups water1 pkg lime gelatin1/2 cup heavy cream3 tbsp sugar1/2 tsp vanilla1 chocolate cookie pie shell4 slices pineapple, cut into halves Heat 1 cup water to boiling add to gelatin and stir until dissolved, add remaining waterPour 1 cup clear gelatin into shallow pan and chill until firmChill remaining gelatin until thick and syrupyPlace bowl in ice or ice water and beat until thick and fluffyWhip cream until almost stiff, and then whip in sugar and vanillaAdd to gelatin mixture and beat until stiffPour into pie shell and chill until firmCut clear gelatin into any desired designs and use as a garnish with pineapple, ChillMakes one pie | |
