White Clam Sauce




Heat in a skillet

1/4 cup olive oil

1 clove garlic, sliced thin



Stir in slowly 1/4 cup water



Stir in

1/2 tsp chopped parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp pepper



Add slowly

1 cup clam juice (with the clams)



Cook until clams are heated through

Serve hot on cooked spaghetti or macaroni
