Peanut Macaroons




1 egg white

1 cup powdered sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup peanuts chopped fine



Drop from spoon 2 inches apart.

Bake 15 minutes in moderate oven (350F)

Flavoring may be added if desired (1 teaspoon Vanilla or Peanut flavoring)
