1 oz Brandy

1 oz Creme de Cacao

1 oz Sweet Cream

Shake with cracked ice, strain into large cocktail glass.

1 oz Triple Sec

2 oz Brandy

1 oz Lemon juice

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass

Chocolate Brandy Delight

3/4 cup cocoa powder

2/3 cup sugar

4 cups milk

1-1/2 cups strong coffee

1/4 cup brandy or kirsch ( or more to taste)

1 cup heavy cream, whipped with 2 tbsp sugar

Mix cocoa with sugar in a saucepan, gradually stir in milk

Heat slowly to boiling, remove from heat

Stir in coffee and brandy or kirsch

Cover and chill until ready to serve

At serving time, pour mixture into glasses, filling each 2/3 full

Add about 2 tbsp whipped cream to each glass, stir in and serve at once
