Cranberry Pie

Cranberry Pie

4 cups cranberries

1-1/2 cups sugar

2 tbsp flour

1/4 tsp salt

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp melted butter

1 pie shell

Wash berries, chop and mix with next 5 ingredients

Pour into pie pan Arrange strips of pastry over top in lattice design or pinwheel design

Bake in very hot oven 450 for 15 minutes

Reduce to moderate 350F and bake about 30 minutes more

Makes one 9 inch pie
