To prepare it at home, heat lowfat milk in a saucepan, whisking constantly
Top a cup of hot coffee with milk foam and sprinkle with cinnamon

In a cup, mix equal parts of hot strong coffee with hot milk
Irish Coffee
In a glass, combine a little Irish whiskey and some brown sugar
Add hot coffee and top with whipped cream
