| Chili Brie in Sourdough Loaf 1 round loaf (1lb) sourdough bread1 wheel Brie cheese (8oz)1 tbsp softened butter1 tsp chili Powder1/2 tsp dry ground mustard1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp sugarPreheat oven to 350FCombine spices and sugarSet asideCut circle in top of bread and remove bread center to make room for BrieSpread butter in bread, sprinkle with 2 tbsp spice mixtureWith knife, make 2 inch cuts around edge of bread at 1 inch intervalsRemove rind from Brie and place in breadSprinkle Brie with remaining spiceReplace top of breadBake on baking sheet20 to 30 minutes To serve remove bread top and break into bite size piecesDip bread pieces in hot Brie | |
