Bananas with Cheese
Peel bananas and cut crosswise into 1 inch pieces.
Marinate in lemon juice (or grapefruit, orange, or pineapple
Juices, instead of lemon)
For 1 hour.
Drain and cover with cream cheese...roll in chopped nuts
