Cold Mustard Sauce




3 tbsp Dijon style mustard

1 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

Dash of salt and freshly ground pepper

1/2 cup oil

3 tbsp finely chopped dill



In a bowl

Stir mustard, sugar, and vinegar, salt and pepper together

Add oil in a thin steady stream, beating forcefully, until well incorporated

The sauce should be thick and creamy

Gently fold in dill

Refrigerate for a short while before serving

Good with crab or lobster
