Cold Gingersnap Sauce for Fish


4 gingersnaps

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup vinegar

1 lemon, sliced

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup soup stock or fish stock



Cook all the ingredients together until they are smooth

Pour over the fish hot and allow to cool

Serve cold
