Mint Sauce




1 cup sugar

2/3 cup water

1/2 cup chopped mint leaves

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup orange juice



Combine sugar and water in small saucepan

Boil 3 minutes

Add mint leaves

Cool

Strain

Add lemon and orange juice

Chill

Makes 1-1/2 cups
